Office Policies

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss your appointment or reschedule/cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee may be applied to your account. Repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice. We are aware that unforeseen events may sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
